Cancellation Policy:All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Written cancellations received 45 days prior to the start date of training will result in a full refund.
Written cancellations received 15 days prior to the start date of training will result in a 50% processing fee.
Written cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the start date of training are not entitled to a refund, however, may be transferred for a fee. (See Transfer Policy)
Any cancellation request received due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by GBRS and recommend the appropriate refund and action at their sole discretion.
Transfer Policy: All transfer requests must be made in writing.
Written transfers to another Training event received 30 days prior to the start date of training will receive a tuition credit to be used for future training events within 12 months of the original training event.
Written transfers to another Training event received less than 30 days of the event start date will result in a $200 processing fee.
Any transfer request received due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by GBRS and recommend the appropriate refund and action at their sole discretion.
*GBRS Group reserves the right to cancel/refund for the full amount any ticket sales due to failing further screening.
