Refund and Exchange Policy
PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY IN FULL BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN.
Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. For international orders, requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Domestic (U.S) Orders: Returns & Exchanges for items not marked “final sale” can be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- International Orders: Returns for items not marked “final sale” can be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging with no signs of wear or damage.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit for future purchases.
- Returns to the original payment method and exchanges may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the return value. Returns issued as store credit will not incur a restocking fee.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
**Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns. However, refunds for eligible European Union Right of Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws**
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International, FPO, and APO returns must be shipped back using your own prepaid label. Exchanges are not available. Returns will be issued as a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Certain items may be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For orders delivered to customers within the European Union/ EFTA, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our International return instructions and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom, personalized, or other exempt products as permitted by applicable law.
WARRANTY
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our customer service team by emailing gear@gbrsgroup.com right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
