Great Products & Great Service

First off, on the service side of things these guys get a definite 5-star rating. I ordered my gear to Canada and there were some issues with unexpected duties (this is prior to all the tariff talk) that GBRS refunded promptly. Couldn't be more impressed with how they handled the situation.

On the product side of things, I've been very happy with the shacket and beanie. Have worn both pretty much daily all winter and, for the Canadian cold, as long as it's layered well, the shacket is surprisingly warm/functional. Beanie'e a great fabric combo and very comfortable.

Only reason I gave a 4-star review is both the shacket and beanie are showing the signs of wear. The interior of the shacket is starting to pile more than I'd expect and the beanie has lost its form and sags more than I'd like. Seems like the material might have stretched out a bit and isn't rebounding as well as when I first bought it. For both, doesn't effect comfort or performance at all, just showing signs of wear a little faster than I'd like.

Overall, I'd buy from GBRS again without hesitation.
