Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Written cancellations received 45 days prior to the start date of training will result in a full refund.
- Written cancellations received 15 days prior to the start date of training will result in a 50% processing fee.
- Written cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the start date of training are not entitled to a refund, however, may be transferred for a fee. (See Transfer Policy)
- Any cancellation request received due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by GBRS and recommend the appropriate refund and action at their sole discretion.
Transfer Policy: All transfer requests must be made in writing.
- Written transfers to another Training event received 30 days prior to the start date of training will receive a tuition credit to be used for future training events within 12 months of the original training event.
- Written transfers to another Training event received less than 30 days of the event start date will result in a $200 processing fee.
- Any transfer request received due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by GBRS and recommend the appropriate refund and action at their sole discretion.
*GBRS Group reserves the right to cancel/refund for the full amount any ticket sales due to failing further screening.
