I bought a piece of equipment on Nov 7th to help accommodate some issues I have with my neck. The Lerna mount from GBRS Group helps do this. I have about 40 hours dryfire practice along with 300 round live fire use. I have to say the mount does make a difference.
The reason I bought the mount was because of the problems I have with C4-C7 in my neck. The mount height keeps my neck in a neutral alignment. For this reason I believe this mount is worth a look.

Solid product! Anyone who shoots with a helmet and gas mask this makes life so much easier. Takes some reps to adjust to the mechanical offset but is an easy adjustment. Highly recommend this product.
