Excellent Form, Fit and Function
The modular chest rig arrives in a sealed waterproof bag. Within the bag is everything pictured in the photo breakdown of internal components. The extensive assortment of I and W joints that make configuring easy. The entire process of assembly from start to finish is less than 20 minutes. I was able to use old Military ammunition with ease. With the leftover eye and W joints, I have opted to utilize both HVY and LTE chest rig set ups so that I could optimize for different weapon systems.
Once I built my modular chest rig I went to the range and found it extremely functional and well-made. It does not feel cumbersome, nor does it hang loose from your body. Once you assemble your modular chest rig, you will not find it to have any weak points or vulnerabilities in terms of either all out sprinting or even rolling around if necessary. I played very rough with it for several hours, and I had no issues with any of the support clasps failing to function.
I made sure to assemble mine where it is comfortable in plain clothes and has enough slack to comfortably fit over body armor if necessary.
