This thing is awesome. It's my first belt and I did my research. Glad I went with GBRS. It's sturdy, stays in place well, and comfortable. Velcro is just right. Inner belt works as good as a regular belt. It doesn't come loose from heavy movement.

Never an issue with sizing
I've been running Vickers slings for years. This sling may replace them. It's definitely lighter and more flexible. The material seems tough and durable. The width is perfect for my QD rings. Gun run this for a few and then pick up another.
Good quality product, design is simple and functional, this pouch is built to last and worth the money.
