Not gonna lie. I attempted to use a 3D printed version and didn’t like it. Decided to order the .50” version and it was way better in quality and feel. Can’t go wrong with this thing!

It's good, not great.
I have a .75 Irregular Defense Feer Riser on my B5 stock that I love, but decided to go with .75 GBRS CR-1 Valkyrie Cheek Riser for the MOE stock on my other AR because I wanted to support GBRS! It's a great design and is comfortable, but the material used to 3D print this feels very cheap. I feel like 1 drop would be enough to decimate this cheek riser. It'd be a 5/5 if the 3D printing filament was of higher quality.
