Cole and DJ cover how to set up your magazine pouches with bungee retention. They review the different knots you can use to secure your bungee as well as tips and tricks they learned from their time in the military.
Great Pouch
Got this pouch primarily for a 556 mag (bungee for more retention), but wanted it also for range finder during range sessions and could use it as a phone holder.

The GBRS pouches are my go to.
The GBRS rifle mag pouches are my favorite. They are light weight, slim, and retain very well, even without the bungee. On my patrol kit I carry a 20 round mag to reduce weight. The pouch still allows for pulling a 20 round mag. On my special purpose kit I carry a 30 round rifle mag. The magazines do not bounce when moving or running.
