I'm not a team guy, or any kind of former or active military, but the philosophy still stuck with me. I tend to be all in, all the time on things, and sometimes I don't know how to flip that switch and turn it off when I need to. The idea of thinking of it as a dial and cranking whatever thing it is down and going all in on what I need to be present for has actually really helped me.
The shirt design is sick as ****, and reminds me a lot of graphics from my skater kid days. Am super satisfied with it. Thanks, guys!
