The pouch is well made with double stitching at the stress points. It is made from a durable flexible fabric to enable some of the extra stuff we all jam into our IFAK. While my initial intent was to question the use of a buckle for closure, the buckle is unique in that after giving it an initial squeeze, the male end is launched from the female end, facilitating opening with either hand. The top tourniquet sleeve is very stout, but you will need to load a SOF-T or CAT TQ for it to retain the device. A RATS TQ, even with a sharpie will not stay in place, unanchored. The flapped MOLLE straps which are attached to the rear top of the pouch also make them very easy to install on any belt that is built to accept MOLLE. One thing about these that is not readily apparent is that they have very little hard plastic and no metal, making them very quiet when moving around tight places. Great Kit at a Great Price.
