I Purchased this as part of the GBRS X PHOKUS RESEARCH ADVANCED TRAUMA BUNDLE (ATB). The Tourniquet Holder has great retention, and it was east to add to my GBRS Belt.

It’s a solid piece. The material seems durable. It’s definitely not that china ****. The loop for the tourniquet is even big enough for broader tourniquets. Accessibility even on the back is easy due to the buckle. I definitely recommend that piece to everyone.

This is the perfect size, and holds a lot of stuff. I didn't get the dedicated IFAK made for it, as I already had a small kit put together, but everything fit nicely. Even fits my shears! Molle attachment took me a minute to figure out, but seems to hold securely to my belt.

This is the best IFAK I've ever owned. Not too big and sits nicely in the small of the back and compact and streamline to fit the necessities I need and because the pouch is made out of this stretch material, I can shove a few more things in at ease that my past non-stretch IFAKs wouldn't allow- a lot like a pair of stretchy pants.

Another great design from GBRS/LBT…wish the partnership would have continued. The MAS GREY color way was such a great escape from the usual options, that commonly sway between black or a variety of camo patterns. Running both pubic and private courses, it’s dope to have kit that doesn’t reach towards any side and allows for easier id. Unfortunately, it seems like the GBRS/LBT arrangement has concluded and the niche of this colorway being available for GBRS’s product lineup has ended with it

Highly recommend purchasing everything as a bundle there is no thinking involved and the tourniquet is a perfect slim line choice along with the 1st aid pack. I would buy two of the first aid pack just in case if you have the money as a back up. Great product one I wish I never will have to use but feels great to have!
